Pope: will use his voice "carefully"

Vatican City (AsiaNews) - Holy See Press Office Director JoaquĆn Navarro-Valls today released the following declaration to journalists concerning the health of the Pope: "The general conditions of the Holy Father continue to improve, which allows the Pope to spend long periods of the day in an armchair. No complications have arisen because of the tracheotomy surgery. Continual improvement can also been seen in speaking, thanks to the daily rehabilitation sessions. Furthermore, doctors have prescribed a prudent limitation in the Pope's use of his voice so as to promote a better recuperation of the function of the larynx. The next communique will be given on Thursday, March 10 at 12:30 p.m."

Vatican Press office's director specified that Easter schedale remains fixed. Anyway will be the same Pope, once he will be back in Vatican, to decide his "partecipation's modalities" at that period's ceremonies.
