Mission in Northern Borneo celebrates 150 years
A century and a half ago the first apostolic prefect and two PIME missionaries landed in Labuan. A conference, pilgrimage and exhibit organised by the diocese of Kota Kinabalu recall the historic event which set in motion the process of evangelisation of eastern Malaysia.
