Thai Bishop: May Human Rights Day bring us closer to God by caring for creation
The Catholic Church together with Caritas and the Commission of Justice and Peace organised the event for 15 November. According to Mgr Banchong Chaiyara, President of the Commission, protecting human rights means heeding Pope Francis’ appeal on climate and human relations. For him, Catholics can be “a force for change”.
