Meanwhile, yesterday, a missile launched by the Houthis in Yemen grazed Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, causing at least six minor injuries.

According to updated estimates by the United Nations, Myanmar has seen over 200 civilian deaths in at least 243 attacks launched by the Burmese military junta since the earthquake of March 28, despite having declared a de facto truce that has not been applied. "The vast majority - says senior UN official Volker Turk - occurred after the ceasefire came into force" on April 2.

The Vatican confirmed this yesterday, underlining that the vehicle - in accordance with the wishes of the pontiff - will be available to Caritas Jerusalem. The vehicle will have a driver and doctors, as well as equipment for diagnosis, examinations and treatments, including rapid tests for infections, suture kits, syringes and needles, oxygen supplies, vaccines and a refrigerator for medicines.
