Rome (AsiaNews/Agencies) -- John Paul II is being readmitted to hospital. He is on Rome's Agostino Gemelli hospital. Vatican spokesman, Dr. Joaquin Navarro Valls, has spoken of a flu relapse.
In a brief statement, Navarro Valls explained that "yesterday, the Pope suffered a relapse of the flu that had been affecting him in recent weeks. The pope was admitted to hospital this morning for specialistic care as required and further tests."
