Madrid (AsiaNews/Agencies) – Spanish police have found an Al-Qaida manual on the internet that describes how to operate car bombs by remote control that could be used against international forces deployed in lebanon and Afghanistan, Spanish Cadena Ser radio reported on Monday, citing security sources.
Spain’s interior ministry was however unwilling or unable to confirm or deny the report.
The training manual for Al-Qaida cells in Europe was put together in June. It describes how to target the "military command structures of the enemies of Islam" without resorting to suicide attacks.
