Beijing (AsiaNews/Agencies) - China has surpassed Great Britain to become the world's fourth largest economy, according to the World Bank.
Official data released by the Bank revealed that the Chinese nation produced more than US.263825 trillion in output, US million - or 0.004% - more than Britain.
Some analysts claimed China had already attained such a result last year, based on Gross Domestic Product converted into American dollars at the rate of exchange valid when the Stock Exchange closed.
