Communist think tank tells govt to get rid of one-child policy
Part of the Communist establishment, the China Development Research Foundation wants the government to allow couples to have two children by 2015 and birth limits dropped by 2020, proposals reported by Xinhua.

Today the communist authorities are retracting everything and calling on young comrades to "work on themselves" to have at least a second child.
