Author of Kuwait Shiite mosque attack was Saudi
26 people were killed in the attack, 227 wounded. The bomber's name was Abdel Mohsen al-Fahd Souleimane Qabaa and he was born in 1992. The driver who brought the young man to the mosque arrested. Experts say the Islamic State is trying to sow division between Sunnis and Shiites in the Arabian Peninsula. Relatives of the victims: "united" against violence.
